Terms of Service
Last updated: May 28, 2026
By using our AI WhatsApp Business Assistant, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including guests making inquiries and business owners operating the service.
Our AI WhatsApp Assistant is an automated messaging service designed to help businesses manage customer inquiries, bookings, and communications via WhatsApp. The service uses artificial intelligence to understand customer messages and provide appropriate responses.
While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally misunderstand messages or provide incorrect information. We recommend verifying critical details (such as booking confirmations) directly with the business.
- Provide accurate and truthful information when making inquiries or bookings
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not send spam, abusive content, or malicious messages
- Not attempt to exploit, damage, or disrupt the service
- Keep your WhatsApp account secure and notify us of unauthorized use
Booking requests made through the AI assistant are subject to availability and confirmation by the business. The AI assistant provides estimated availability based on current data, but final confirmation requires human verification.
Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund policies are determined by the individual business and communicated separately. Our AI assistant does not process payments directly.
All content, software, and technology underlying the AI WhatsApp Assistant, including but not limited to the chat interface, AI models, and business logic, are the property of the service provider and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to damages for lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We aim to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (including third-party platform outages such as WhatsApp or Meta services).
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or via the contact information you have provided. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
For questions about these terms, contact the business through the WhatsApp number associated with this service.
